I was checking out how to sell stuff on half.com, as I am looking to get rid of around half of my stuff.

After I put up a listing for a text I happened to be reading when I said to myself "Hey, what about selling stuff on half.com..."

Yeah, after I put up the listing, I noticed the DATE DUE papers in the back and realized it was actually a library book I had taken out earlier in the semester. (My other libraries have always stamped their name on an edge or two.)

I soon had worst-case visions of going out, buying another copy of the book, bending the corners and marking it up in pencil in exactly two chapters, just so it would match my seller's description of the library's copy.

Welcome to being me.
