We just got the Netflix. I'm going to try out the 5 movie plan because Emily and I do the tv-show-on-dvd thing a lot.

Anyway, I had been waiting for many months to see Metallica: Some Kind of Monster and it did not disappoint. If you're like me and borderline obsessed with production in the music industry, it's a fun little movie.

Also The Wire has been worthwhile.

We also watched the first half of one of my favorite comedies, Bottle Rocket.

(I'm going to start using tags for movie reviews like this. But I'm not going back into the archives or anything. Okay, I only went updated all my movie posts from 2005. Click here for movie stuff I liked or here for stuff I didn't.)

I find that even 3 movies at a time is too much.
Also, congratulations on Graduating!!!! (I realized today I forgot to mention it.)

Yeah, we're sharing an account. (By the way, the many profiles on one account thing is awesome.)

And it's not a problem with the movies. It's about the multi-disc tv shows.

It sucks not being able to really binge when you want to. I cannot imagine waiting an entire week for the next tv episode with commercials. It'll be fun to explain that concept to our grandchildren.

Yeah, thanks. Congratulations on not having to deal with the public as much!

It's nothing profound, but it's entertaining sci-fi and an interesting political/military drama. The miniseries (pilot) and Season 1 are on Netflix now, if you wanted to check it out.

And, yeah, quite bittorrent/internet friendly -- even called out specifically in a talk about the new environment distribution environment. The producer even releases podcasts of commentary tracks.

Once when I saw them, the bassist played a bass guitar with a vibrator.

Correct Answer! Mark hated 'Something's Gotta Give' and rated it 2 stars.

o Amelie
* Something's Gotta Give
o Dawn of the Dead
o Chronos: Special Edition

I think it means improving a set with a vibrator, a microphone and a sampler.

Grandma- Master of Puppets

When Metallica first came out, my store Tupper & Reed got asked to sponser this competition to win free tickets to see the movie (free adverstiment for us). The weird thing was that all the people coming in to sign up for the competition were senior citizens- they'll go see anything as long as it's free.
