Yeah, the problem in Iraq isn't really that there are too many candidates, it's that going to vote requires risking one's life. This looks like they're using some recycled California Recall joke.

the recall polling had a majority going for Arnold and Bustamante from the start.

And together they got something like 80% of the votes, but a lot of the pre-election jokes were about how there were over a hundred candidates running for governor.
